All managers and people in key positions, as well as most of the rest of the municipality’s staff , have received training in how to serve and treat people. Our goal is that even more of the people living here, as well as visitors, will feel that they have been treated well and are satisfi ed with the service off ered by the municipality.
Being treated with respect and a friendly smile are excellent ways to start a good relationship, although our defi nition of “hospitable” encompasses more than that. It can also include something as commonplace yet important as being able to quickly get in touch with the right person in your dealings with the municipality. That’s why we are working, among other things, to improve telephone and email access to all municipal departments.It’s often crucial for that smile to also be heard. In Lidköping, everyone is free to off er viewpoints and ideas about how we can develop our municipality together. So tell us what you think. We promise to listen.We promise that:
